Present owners are not extremely familiar with the units as they have just acquired. Each rental unit should be rented for approximately $950 per month. Units are very spacious and need some basic clean up and flooring replacement. Not sure on age of roof so check yourself. Basement access from apartment to left. Gas heat, looks like 2 zones, but only one furnace. Basement seems very dry and has access to front of property with metal lift door and steps. This would be a great rental unit and is now free of liens against the property. Entry to each unit is from the side of the building.
