The bathroom will be accessed by homeowners and guests on occasion being it's the only downstairs bathroom but is not the primary bathroom used. Laundry room- new washer and dryer with utility sink. Kitchen- newly remodeled chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances and attached pantry. Extra food storage in garage fridge/freezer and chest freezer. Living room- large sun-filled living room with a large comfy sectional, wall-mounted tv, and surround sound. Outdoors- gated neighborhood, 3-acre property with small pond and creek, large garden, and greenhouse. Chickens provide fresh eggs. Property borders public lands with only a half-mile walk down a forested trail to Sly Park Lake. Many running and Mnt biking trails from the house. We get snow in the winter and we clear the road when it snows. Animals- A sweet and mellow 3 yr old dog named Ralston. Ralston is a First Responder Therapy Dog. He is 86 lbs and loves everyone. We have 16 chickens that are secured in a 1 ac chicken run. Prefer a minimum of 3 months, up to 1 year with option to renew lease.
