Not "typical" Key West rental, as this is a clean, well-furnished, comfortable seasonal "snowbird" home. Some light groundskeeping and possible hurricane prep responsibilities required. On-street parking permit available from city. No pets (sorry no exceptions as we've been burned several times), smoking, partiers, sublets, etc. Fully furnished off-street cottage. All utilities provided including Wi-Fi. Some caretaking duties required of renter.
