The Studio is renting for $800 with a deposit of $500. The unit is located in the Art District, walking distance to the beach and down town, schools and public transportation. The unit includes: Custom Paint, carpet, Gas Stove, Faux Fire place and fridge. Our operating hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. However, you may check out a key to view units between the hours of 8am -- 3:30pm Monday thru Friday, and 9 am -- 3:00 pm on Saturdays.
