There is a garage in back for parking your car with a garage door. There is a basement with storage space and a washer and dryer. Building is walking distance to downtown Clayton and also to Forest Park. Please only contact if you are serious about renting. Owner pays for trash, sewer and water. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Must have a minimum credit score of 600.
