I am posting an add for my old apartment in Archstone La Jolla Colony apartment complex. My wife and I left our lease early due to a job opportunity in Los Angeles and are trying to help get a new renter in the unit. We hated to leave! It is in a great location, just off the 5 and close to the beach (there is no freeway noise!). It is also in close proximity to Rose Canyon for those hikers and mountain bikers out there. Best of all, it has a huge balcony for an apartment (11' by 5.5') and a storage closet on the balcony not included in the square footage I mentioned above. It is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood and your view is a well manicured and lush green space. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony or a romantic dinner. The staff could not get better and are always there to help. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful as well and get things done faster than I have ever seen before and do the job well! There are always parking places and they are not as narrow as most apartment parking (if you have dealt with this than you know exactly what I am talking about). You can actually park and get out of your car without hitting the car next to you! The floor plan is open, it comes with a washer and dryer, it has a walk in closet, trash and recycling is just downstairs and it is on the second floor I could go on and on but you will have to see it for yourself. I am adding the Archstone website below and it has pictures of the complex and a floor plan. I have also added pictures that we took on our moving day of the apartment empty. Like I said, it is a great little gem, far nicer than the other apartment complexes we looked at. Also, the picture of the floor plan is a mirror/ opposite image of how the apartment is laid out. Hope that helps.
