These two tandem spots can usually be traded for a single car garage if desired. An on-site free laundry serves our small (7 residences) apartment building. You can walk to two small neighborhood stores, a coffee shop, a few eateries, and a couple of iconic pubs. The 11 mile bike/jogging path around Mission Bay and SeaWorld is close, as are miles of beautiful beaches. Our location is also convenient to the village of La Jolla, downtown San Diego, UCSD, and Scripps Institute. Be sure to look at the map.
