No smoking and limited drinking. No loud and obnoxious parties. You can defiantly have guests over and do smaller parties as long as everyone is notified and it doesn't go past 11pm. We prefer no pets but can defiantly make acceptations. All items in the shared spaces can be used, as long as they are taken care of and not damaged. There is a garage and if you would like the garage as your parking spot that is an extra $100 a month. There is an EV charging option in the garage.
