I am renting out a room. he Room/ Apartment: The Primary bedroom is available w/ private bathroom in this large apartment in Elizabeth, NJ. You will have a walk-in closet in your room. The apt has a small private patio, central AC, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. The apt building has good street parking where visitors can also park, an attached garage, gym, courtyard, study lounge and business center. As well as package receiving. Utilities -Approximately $200 per month, which we'd split 2 ways. Water and sewage included in rent! The Location: The apartment is located across a supermarket and the NJ transit line, (30 mins or less to Nyc). Basically, we have all the amenities without having to worry about getting a car. The Roommate: Professional female who works 9-5 in the city (currently remote). A typical week night for me consists of watching tv and eating a home-cooked meal. I usually head to bed around 11pm. Some weekends I might go out or have friends over. I have a few furniture (couch, TV, dinning table/chairs etc) that will be shared. Feel free to include yours. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. You: Looking for mature, level ended, respectful, friendly roommate who is responsible about having rent and bills (we split everything 1/2 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.). I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to get along with you.
