Inspections & Termination: Property management reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections of the lot. Failure to maintain the lot in accordance with cleanliness standards may result in a written warning. Continued noncompliance will result in termination of the lease at the discretion of the property manager. Improvements & Modifications: No docks, piers, or structures may be installed without prior written approval. Any modifications or improvements made without consent may result in lease termination and required removal at tenant's expense. Liability: Tenant assumes all risk for equipment and items stored on the lot. The property owner is not liable for damage, loss, or theft.
