Spacious, remodeled house only 30 minutes to Big Spring on I-20. High ceilings, gas cooktop, tiled shower, oversized washer and dryer, and lots of covered outdoor space. The house is furnished right now, but the house will be rented UNFURNISHED and the tenant will be responsible for all bills and maintenance of the lawn. if you want to rent with some of the furnishings, I can negotiate that. But my preference is to rent this out unfurnished. Good credit is required and at least one recommendation from a previous landlord. If you've been evicted or broken a lease, don't apply.
