Welcome to our home in sunny San Diego! We're Jason and Kristina, two working professionals who love design, healthcare, and good conversation. I design pools and landscapes, Kristina is a Certified Nursing Assistant and graphic designer, and we share our space with Jazz, our feisty little Maltese (he's non-hypoallergenic). We're offering a private Furnished Master Bedroom for rent in our two-bedroom, second-floor condo with a bonus loft, and we've designed the space with comfort, convenience, and a bit of personality. The available Master-bedroom with full ensuite bath is thoughtfully furnished with a modern queen-sized bed, entertainments center, new laminate hardwood floors, cozy lighting, and a 46-inch smart TV, perfect for winding down. Inside the room is a hallway leading to a mirrored closet and an additional pantry-style closet, giving you plenty of storage space. You'll have your own private bathroom just steps away, complete with a toilet, tub/shower combo, and single vanity. Our tenant will have full access to shared areas, including a welcoming living room with a comfy seating setup and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essential utensils and appliances you need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a late-night snack. If you have friends or family visiting, we have a bonus loft with a pullout couch where occasional guests can comfortably stay. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the pool view from our outdoor seating area. You'll also have access to the complex's pool, hot tub and lounge chairs, making it easy to relax or soak in some sun. We've have plenty of off street visitor parking and a dedicated covered space that could be arranged for a fee. Exterior security cameras for added peace of mind. Utilities are all included. In unit washer and dryer access is available as well. Our location makes everything easy. We're just 10 minutes from UTC La Jolla Mall, UCSD ER, and Scripps hospitals and within 20 minutes of Sharp Memorial and several other major medical centers. There's a huge park across the street with a fitness course, sports fields, a playground, a running track, and hiking trails all around. Gorgeous beaches like La Jolla Shores, Mission Beach, Torrey Pines Glider port, and Del Mar City Beach, are just a short drive away, and you'll find shopping, groceries, and gas stations within a mile.
