There are two rooms available at this property. One now. The other January 1st. The home is within walking distance to Spring Valley Hospital. Each room has a queen bed, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a ceiling fan, mini refrigerator, and Roku TV. Bed linens, towels, pool towels are all included. These rooms are on the second floor and share a full bathroom. There's neutral gray paint throughout the home. The main floor is very spacious with two living areas, and two dining areas. There is one TV on the main floor above the gas fireplace. That living room opens to one of the eating areas that is near the patio door which leads to the outside. The kitchen has fun teal painted cabinets and lots of storage. There's a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator with water and ice. It's also fully equipped. The laundry room is off the kitchen and also has a pantry. Applicants must pass background, criminal, and reference check. Two month minimum preferred. 31 day rental would be considered. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the property or near any entrance where there is an open door or window. There are two parking spaces in the driveway, and 2 on rock on either side of the driveway. There's also street parking in front of the house. Please do not parking in front of neighbor's homes.
