You'll be conveniently located to shopping, banking, restaurants, bus route and more. The lawn maintenance and trash pick up are included in the rent. The square footage is approximately 800 sq.ft. There is a $125 application fee which includes a complete back ground check, credit check and lease fee. This is for a maximum of 2 adults, any other persons 18 years and old will be charged $45 for the same credit/back ground checks. We're accepting leases for no less than one year. You may need to pay the last months rent in advance, depending on your credit/work history and rental references. There is NO smoking or vaping in any unit.
