The living space of the home is open and bright and has the kitchen, the family room and the dining area. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood cabinets and a bar height counter with stools to enjoy informal meals. The main feature of the outside of the home is the lanai. There is a nice covered area with a outside al fresco dining set to enjoy your evening cocktails or morning cup of coffee on. You can jump right in to the heated pool and there is a big privacy wall on the side so you have nice seclusion from the neighboring villa.
