The leasing office has wonderful people to help you with anything, maintenance does a great and fast job to fix any problems you may have in the future and do routine checks to make sure everything is working properly. This apartment has a sq footage of 800-1200ft with a large kitchen with a brand new recently replaced microwave. Each room is located at the back of the layout as you walk into a large living room and dining room setting. The kitchen is it's own space, continue walking to the hallway and you'll notice the lavatory on your left that is also sporting a brand new replaced commode. Finally either bedroom on your left or right side (master bedroom is on the right, with closets). The location as a whole is great. Across from Carver Art School and a public turf field, when in use can only be heard from the parking lot but brings a welcoming nostalgia. I am looking for someone to take over the lease for a 2 bdrm 1 bathroom apartment until the end of the lease which is October 31st 2021. When the lease comes to end in October, you will have more options with leasing/renting. Having/finding a roommate is fully up to you; they are more than welcome!
