Two elderly people lived here many years. No money to keep it up. He has passed and she is in a nursing home. Family has no funds to get in shape. Insurance did new roof 2011 and new garage door put on a couple of years ago to have safety. This home needs lots of work but will look at all offers. Great neighborhood. Could be a great rental or home. Please check it out. Not everything out but can be shown,family caring for a beautiful cat that needs a home as well.
