Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. References and security deposits are required. This house is walking distance to downtown Lawrence. This is one of 4 units in the house. The Owners/Managers live in Lawrence. Tenant pay a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent and a utility deposit equal to 1/2 month's rent. This is a non smoking unit. We take neutered/spayed cats and dogs. Pet deposit is equal to 1/2 a month's rent. Pet rent for cats is $20 per month and pet rent for dogs is $35 per month.
