Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and it's own HVAC unit that can customize the temperature. The bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sink vanity and a separate toilet and tub room. There is a full size washer and dryer with folding area. There is a 1/2 bath off of the main living area. The fully furnished kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. The walk-in pantry as well as the kitchen cupboards are stocked with all the dish-ware, cook-ware, utensils and small appliances needed to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The living room has has 75 inch Sony Bravia smart TV with access to Netflix and Google. You can also relax on the private deck enjoying the mountains and their cool canyon breezes. Wi-FI access is provided along with all utilities. There is a large storage closet on the entrance level and lots of storage behind the loft cubby doors. 3 month minimum. A year lease is an option. Renter will be required to complete a Lease Application, a background screening and credit report. Renter will be required to have Renter's Insurance. Renter will have a $400 cleaning deposit applied against Security Deposit Refund at end of lease. Owner pays for all utilities. No smoking. No partying, and to be respectful of neighborhood, tenants must be quiet after 10:00 p.m.
