This condo offers a full service kitchenette with full size refrigerator & stove and granite countertops, guest wifi and smart TV that is connected to cable. Linens, towels and washcloths are provided for your stay. Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, golf courses and much more. THE KINGS MILL RESORT pools, golf courses, the Health Club, Lazy River, and the full-service restaurants are restricted to Kingsmill Members only, and are not included. However, the following can be accessed by any of our guests: 3 outdoor pools Outdoor Basketball 5 Tennis courts More than 7 miles of walking, jogging and biking paths 2 large, tranquil ponds of over 60 acres available for kayaking, fishing or canoeing. Walking access to the marina beach Utilities are included. Linens included. Owner will need to know the breed and size of dog prior to reservation being accepted. This condo does not have a washer/dryer but Kingsmill does have a laundry facility. Condo will need to be cleaned and inspected once a month by the owner's housekeeper, and this will be at the owner's expense.
