Though listed as E. Arlington, the Kernan/Atlantic area is more akin to the Intracoastal West/ Queens Harbor area and includes many high end homes. This neighborhood is maintained better than any typical neighborhood in E. Arlington. Close to high end shopping ie: St. John's Town Center, Queen's Harbor, and Beach and Hodges shopping centers; 10 minutes to Jax. Beach, and all the best restaurants in town. Great, quiet family neighborhood.
