All utilities are included as well as wifi and security systems. The home is keyless entry so you do not have to worry about keeping up with a key. There is free parking for tenants in the back of the home as well as free parking along both sides of the street. This home is a minute or two walking distance from public transportation and entertainment. Also, a minute or two proximity to the Navicent Medical Centers of Downtown Macon and just a couple of minutes drive from the Piedmont Medical Center next to the Coliseum. It is truly the most convenient location. It is very quiet and situated in the most established neighborhood in Macon. All utilites are included in the rent amount. (electric, water, wifi, security) No pets please. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside of the the home. Parking in the back of the home is reserved for tenants only. Anyone else can park in the front of the home on both sides of the street for free. There is a one time $100 non refundable cleaning fee taken at the signing of the lease. It will cover the move out cleaning. The refundable security deposit is $350. Lease term flexible, 3-12 months.
