We ask for first and last month rent plus one month security deposit to move in (total of $2,685). If you have strong credit, the last month's upfront can be waived. To apply, we ask for a $50 non refundable application fee for EACH applicant, TWO forms of ID, your last paystub, and a filled out application that we hand out when showing the unit.
