It has its own private entrance and designated parking spot for one vehicle. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and baking dishes. The bathroom is stocked with fresh new bath towels, and the bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with all bedding provided. The living room sofa also converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. The living room includes a new TV, and the back lanai is the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful sunset and ocean views. There is also extra storage space available if needed.
