This unit is one bed, one bath with a kitchenette including a full sized refrigerator, microwave, countertop toaster over, and a double induction hot plate. There is a coin operated laundry room on site with two washers and two dryers. It is fully furnished and has one assigned off-street parking spot and one first-come first-serve guest parking spot available. Rent is $1600.00 per month with a $1600.00 refundable deposit and $100.00 non refundable cleaning fee. We require background checks on all potential tenants and reserve the right to approve them each individually. Six month lease minimum. Utilities include water, electric, internet, cable, and sewer. Tenant will be responsible for their own rubbish hauling. No smoking. Nonshedding hypoallergenic dogs and cats are negotiable.
