The bedroom furniture in the photos will go away. Common Areas: The shared spaces are fully furnished and built for comfort. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with dual ovens, a Sub-Zero fridge, dishwasher, and wine cooler. You'll also have access to a comfortable living room, dining room, bright sunroom, on-site laundry (free use), and a dedicated driveway parking space. We are also setting up a downstairs home gym! Who We Are: We are two middle-aged working professionals (male and female) looking for one responsible, tidy, positive and considerate individual to join us. The room is becoming available because our previous roommate is happily moving out after purchasing his own house. The Details: Utilities (gas heating, electric, internet) are split equally. We have solar power so the electricity bill is almost zero, except when we open the swimming pool. Non-smokers and no pets, please. Pool Update: The backyard pool and patio are shared amenities. We could not open the pool this year due to repairs that needed to be done and they are completed now. We expect to open next year! Parking: We have a driveway that can hold up to 3 cars. We are currently using 2 spaces. No smoking allowed, no pets allowed.
