Several NJ Transit buses run along Palisade Avenue taking you easily to Journal Square, the Newport Mall, the Hoboken Terminal to catch the PATH to NYC, etc. You can also catch the Lightrail at Palisade Avenue and Congress Street taking you to various destinations, including the Hoboken Terminal to catch the PATH. Palisade also hosts the RIVERVIEW FISK park with breathtaking views of the NYC skyline, the park also boasts a new playground for your kids. The local elementary school, PS 8 is located right on Franklin Street between Sherman and Hancock Avenues.
