Room for Rent For an 8 by 13 room with all utilities included (heat, electric, cooking gas, and hot water) with the exception of the use of an air conditioner. Furniture in the room: Single bed, dresser and a nightstand or without furniture. The rent is $400 a month and due on the first of the month. A security deposit of $400 will be returned upon the termination of this agreement if the room is left clean and no damages occurred. Security is not to be used as the last month's rent. Tenant will have access to the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Tenant will have access to clothesline and backyard. Tenant may use the washer/dryer located in the bathroom. Tenant must provide his own food, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, laundry and dish soap. Tenant may have use of microwave in kitchen. To avoid attracting pests please remove all dirty dishes and soiled containers from your personal space. A deadbot lock with a key will be provided for the room. Landlord will have an extra key only to enter with permission and/or during an emergency. Tenant will share about with a young adult male. Roommate will rotate on a weekly basis cleaning of the common areas. Household duties include cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling. Roommates agree to clean up after they use the kitchen and bathroom and remove all personal items. Roommates agree to inform the other if they want to have some visitors stay over, or use the common areas to the exclusion of the other party. Both parties must agree. Roommates agree to not have loud parties, nor disturb the right to a quiet enjoyment by the other occupants in the house and neighbors.
