We have one unit coming available on 6/1/2015 and multiple units coming available on 8/1/2015. Included with monthly rent is electric, water, trash and recycle service, pest control and monthly maid service in the common area. We do not expect these rooms to last very long because it will be difficult to find comparable housing in the downtown area this close to the school at this price.
