Tenant shall not access, store belongings in, or tamper with the locked room. Tenant Rules & Responsibilities: 1. Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean, safe, and in good order. 2. No smoking, illegal substances, or unlawful activities permitted on the property. 3. Pets allowed only with written consent from landlord. A monthly $50 pet fee will be enforced 4. Noise levels must be kept reasonable; respect for neighbors and shared spaces is required. 5. No modifications, alterations, or repairs may be made without landlord approval. 6. Use of pool, deck, and gym is at tenant's own risk. Tenant acknowledges landlord is not liable for accidents or injuries in shared areas. 7. Tenant must report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. 8. Tenant may not sublease or assign the property without landlord's written consent. 9. Upon termination of lease, tenant shall return the premises in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
