There is room off the kitchen to put in a wardrobe closet. The tenant is responsible for own utilities, including heat, hot water, cooking gas and electricity. The apartment has it's own thermostat so you control the heat. Super convenient location - close to public transportation, shopping, park and the beach. This apartment was NOT damaged by Sandy!
