This is technically an apartment but is more like a house. This place houses 4 people which is why the rent is cheap. We have a washer/dryer in the house and a small side yard. Parking is on the street which you can generally find a spot. The neighborhood is quite and safe and walking distance to nobhill. No pets allowed as per landlord and since some of us are allergic to cats/dogs. No pets are allowed. We have a fireplace you are welcome to use in the winter and have central heating but each of us have a portable heater that we use instead of the central heat. There is no centetal AC in this house you will need to have your own.
