A $20 late fee will apply after the 5th. - A security deposit of $1,350 is required. It's refundable at the end of the lease assuming no damage or unpaid rent. - All utilities (water, trash, electricity, wifi) are included in the rent. - Respectful use of common spaces is expected. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. - One parking space is provided at no additional cost. Additional parking is available on the street. - No overnight guest. - No smoking allowed inside or outside the home. - At least 30 day notice period for early termination is required. - Pet fee & Deposit requested
