This is a single room rental for one person only due to regulated rental rules in the town of Bethlehem. If you want to apply for the room an application will Be filled out, background check. Proof of funds and proof of income is required. The lease is one year fixed price however term is month to month with 60 day notice period. Basically if you stay for 6 months and plan to move I would need notice in the fourth month. There is no smoking in the property of any kind. We keep noise down post 9 PM. Common areas are shared and ask each tenant cleans after themselves. The room comes with all utilities. That includes heat and electric. This room comes with a tv. There is a washer dryer in the house and the kitchen has a cabinet for each room. A fridge is split but you get half both freezer and fridge. I also pay cable and wireless internet. So basically tenants move in and just live without other expenses. No smoking Room is for one individual 9 pm quiet hours
