If you have your MMJ card, that's fine, but consider it an outdoor activity. - Deposit is $2750 - Rental payments, applications, etc are all done online - you will pay the application fee directly to them, not me. - Just remodeled, fresh paint, NEW AC, kitchen has SS appliances, and washer dryer are included - HUGE master walk-in closet - Credit/Background/Etc all required - Renters insurance is non-negotiable - RESPONSIBLE Dog owners are welcome.
