Buy a condo on the river blocks from Schitterbahn that you can block dates for your personal use and the rest of the time have it on the vacation rental pool to bring income in to cover the mortgage! And we just happen to have one....all interior furniture included....pool and hot tub just steps outside the gate of the roomy corner patio! This is a ground floor unit so no stairs no elevators and ONE STORY!
