    Please Note - House is under contract. Three bedroom two bath home in a desirable area of central Merritt Island. Convenient to the space center and shopping. New 16 SEER central air-conditioning unit installed in 2018. New roof and new large screened in porch in 2021. Dining room, large living room and an extra room that could be a large office or family room. The house has 1799 square feet under air conditioning not including the laundry room. The laundry room is an extension of one half of the garage and is 110 square feet and the garage is an additional 587 square feet. Even though the house has a modern central air-conditioning system, the master bedroom and middle size bedroom both have window air conditioners in the wall. That saved me a lot of money when I used to live there not air-conditioning the entire house when sleeping. Boat owners - This house has a garage substantially bigger than your typical shrimpy two-car Florida garage. The generous sized laundry room is an extension of one half of the garage. It will take up to a 17 foot boat on ap trailer not protruding into the laundry room or a larger boat with protruding a little into the laundry room and not in a way that would interfere with doing laundry because of how big the laundry room is. With a folding tongue trailer it will take even a larger boat. The kitchen has not been upgraded because types and colors of kitchen cabinets and counter tops are such a personal choice. So the new owners can get what they want or just leave it the way it is. If an investor buys this house there is already a long-term tenant who has not been late with a rent payment in seven years that he has lived there. If someone buys this home to live in he knows he will have to move out. I have to give him 30 days notice. So possession would be 30 days after closing. And if somebody wants to rent the home he has been great. If you find the house from the pictures I have posted you can drive by it but please please please do not knock on the front door. I don't want anyone to bother my tenant. You have to contact me to see the house. And please serious buyers only. I have to drive a fairly long distance from where I live to show it.
