There is a generous clubhouse for communal hangs. A green space is connected to the property, allowing for many miles of walking through the woods, seeing many animals. The cottages are located conveniently to the I-84, which makes it a quick 15-minute drive to downtown Portland. It is also located at the mouth of the Columbia Gorge, oozing with amazing waterfalls and spectacular hikes! It's also that much closer to Mt. Hood!! This home is the perfect fit for those who are looking for a fully furnished rental for 3-12 months. Pets are ok on case by case basis, however, there is no fence and dogs MUST be walked to a particular area to use the bathroom. There is a $300 deposit for pets in addition to the security deposit and an additional $50 per month per pet. All utilities are included. There is a $300 non refundable cleaning fee due up front as well.
