This unit is right in the middle of downtown if you work downtown there is really no need for a car. However there is 1 reserved parking spot. All utilities are included, parking spot is included, fully furnished. There is a no pets policy I am allergic and I might choose to live in the unit at some point. If you are looking to rent only for the busy season December - March I will need to raise the rent as the likelihood of the unit sitting vacant for months on either side is very likely.
