A quiet neighborhood near park center high school. I do have a 14lb poodle mix, who would love a small/medium sized playmate! The entire house is approx. 1800 sqft. 2 br 1ba upstairs, and 1 full bath downstairs in rental with a full size Murphy bed. it is a bright area, I took the photos at night so it looks dark and dingy. Furnished or unfurnished, I do have other furniture that would be used (more comfortable couch..) You do have access to the entire house.. A Fenced in yard off lower level, deck off upper level, 1 stall garage parking. All utilities are included, (as long as they stay in a reasonable range..) however I do not currently have cable/satellite. If that was something you want you are more than welcome to get.
