Work is limited to daytime and should not affect your stay inside the unit. We have multiple furnished units at this location. We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month leases. A month to month lease will be considered based upon unit availability. To apply for one our units, we request the following items: 1.) Copy of the id's for all adults planning to occupy the unit. 2.) If traveling for work purposes, please plan to provide a copy of the contract or work orders. 3.) If this an insurance claim placement, please plan to provide a copy of the insurance adjusters paperwork covering temporary housing. 4.) For all other renters, please plan to provide a copy of the 3 most recent bank statements, and the last 3 paystubs. House Rules: 1. Please be advised that this specific furnished rental property does not accommodate pets or children. While we understand that pet-friendly or child-friendly accommodations are important to many guests, this particular unit is not set up for that purpose. Should you still be interested in a rental that welcomes pets or children, we would be delighted to explore alternative properties within our portfolio that better suit your needs. Just let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect match! 2. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm; please be respectful and mindful of our neighbors. This is a quiet residential area. 3. Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper. This includes (but is not limited to): "flushable" wipes, sanitary pads or paper towels. An extra plumbing fee of $250 may be applied if the toilet becomes clogged with any of these items. 4. Please make yourselves comfortable and treat the home as if it were your own. We want you to enjoy your home away from home. 5. No parties allowed or additional guests/pets. You will be fined $500 for exceeding the guest limit. Fines for hosting a party are $1500. 6. This is a non-smoking unit. Please do not smoke inside the home. An additional cleaning fee of $500 may be assessed if a deep cleaning is required.
