I will start showing property at the beginning of March.Tenant pays all utilities except Chicago utility bill for water and garbage. $35 Application fee is non-refundable, for each applicant over 18, through tenantcloud.com. If accepted, non-refundable $500 move in fee. MUST obtain renter's insurance and provide reference from prior landlord. After application is approved, last 2 paystubs will be required for non-voucher applicants. Owner pays water and sewage. Tenant responsible for other utilities.
