Apartment is currently fully furnished. Prospective tenant can purchase any of the furniture in the apartment at a very significant discount. Included in the rent is water. Tenant will be responsible for their own power bill and internet. Landlord will maintain the property. Prefer pet free tenant but would be willing to allow a dog provided it isn't a puppy and is already potty trained. The yard is fenced in with a gate.
