Renting out our old condo after we moved off the hill. it's a super chill building with cool tenants, a dedicated parking spot in the lot, conveniently close to Broadway (1 block) and volunteer park, all the stores, etc. but just enough off the strip that its still quiet and chill. Also there's a gas fireplace and gas utilities are covered, so basically free heat all winter. That also covers the gas stove. We did some recent renovations when we were living there so pretty much everything is new. Only a handful of units in the building so kind of nice during socially-distanced times like these where it can be pretty nerve-wracking living around a whole bunch of people in the halls, etc. In-unit W/D. You also get your own ground floor patio that is fenced in, so again, room to hang out outside but still socially distance. Kind of random, but Macklemore lives on the block so you will see him walking his dog all the time. Gas is covered, you pay electricity. No smoking, small dogs or a cat are fine. Looking for first and last w/ a refundable $500 security deposit, but can also spread out last over a few months if needed to make it a little easier.
