I am looking to sublease my apartment this summer. I will be out of state for an internship from mid-May through early-August (move in and move out dates can be negotiated). I live in 731 Burcham Apts on Burcham Drive; about a 7 minute walk to Grand River and near #24 and #26 bus stops. I have a ONE bedroom apartment but it may be rented and shared by 2 or even 3 people; costs are $790 per month, which includes rent, cable, internet, utilities (heat is separate but in the summer my bill is never more than $20), access to the pool, fitness center, community building, sand volleyball, and various parties the complex provides. Living room and dining room are fully furnished with couch, chair, coffee tables, dining table and chairs. I may leave a personal desk and book shelf, but will probably take my bed with me.
