    I’m selling a 1 acre vacant lot I own in northern Arizona – it’s less than an hour from the Grand Canyon, and just a 20 minute drive to the cute, small town of Williams that has a drive-through wildlife park, rodeos, is home to part of Route 66, and lots of shops and dining! Some might say it’s like “stepping back in time” because much of the décor and style from the 50’s has been kept up through the years. More info here: https://www.thetrain.com There are lots and lots of trees on the property as well as mountain views and access by dirt road (N Echo Canyon Rd runs through the southwestern corner of the property, and its about a half a mile off Hwy 64. The asking price for a cash purchase is $4,000. I can also owner finance if needed - with a minimum down payment of $200, then monthly payments of $200 for 25 months (with no penalty to pay off the property early and no credit check). Manufactured homes, site-built homes and RVs (only one at a time) are allowed on the property.
