Not only does it have all the amenities a person could want, but you don't have to feel like you are living on top of one another because everything is maximized for efficiency. There are 3/4 Oak hardwood floors throughout and the kitchen has solid hickory cabinets, not to mention the fact that the house is pre-wired for 7.1 surround and includes a built in stereo cabinet with a high definition projector and a 100 inch screen to boot. The house also includes these stainless appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. There is also a stack washer and dryer in the bathroom area and there is a wood stove that is capable of heating the entire house throughout the winter if one desires to live sustainably. In addition to the house there are two out buildings, a wood shed, and a garage. One of the out buildings is two stories, insulated and would make for a great workshop for an artist or a carpenter. Put simply, you couldn't rent a place for half as much as your mortgage would be on this house. With this house you get to live a king while saving like a millionaire. It worked for me and I hope it can work for you too. The only reason I left is I got married and moved to another city.
