The WiFi is fast, has a TV, stocked kitchen, grassy fully fenced back yard, and charming atmosphere. Well behaved pets (cats and small dogs) are welcome at $50/pet per month. No smoking or drugs. This property includes fast WiFi, but renter pays all other utilities. Cleaning services can be provided for an additional cost if desired.
