Renovation just completed. Brand new carpet, flooring and paint throughout the apartment. New refrigerator, washer and dryer. New asphalt parking lot. Separate laundry room, concrete patio. The unit above this one is occupied by office staff during the day, during the week. On evenings and weekends you would have the place to yourself for the most part. The ideal candidate would have a similar work schedule to the office staff (8-5 M-F). Sorry no dogs. Cats or other small pets are fine. This is not a great setup for small children as the apartment lets directly out into our parking lot. Owner pays for water and electric. NO smoking.
