Both units are completely private, with only the backyard shared between the two households. Rent includes utilities and yard care, making this an easy, low maintenance place to call home. Lease term is 6 months or longer. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. The landlord/owner will visit the property approximately once per quarter for routine yard care. Some owner belongings, including trailers and yard maintenance equipment, will remain stored on the property/shed. Pets are welcome with a $35 monthly pet fee per pet and a $300 refundable pet deposit. The tenant will be responsible for managing the sprinkler system as needed and will have control of the whole house thermostat. Thus the tenant is expected to maintain reasonable temperatures for both units. During the summer, the thermostat should generally be set no lower than 72 F, and during the winter, heating should generally be maintained around 70 F. Any significant adjustments outside of these ranges should be discussed with the landlord, as the HVAC system serves both the main floor and basement rental.
